FRONT ROUNDDOWN

It will be necessary to clean the blade frequently to keep it cool and clean.
End pieces made from cardboard template.
Cut depth is just a wee bit over half the width.
Note guide.
Fulled scored.
Used all of a big bottle. Follow instructions. Get well into cuts.
Glue end caps in first. Let cure.
Trim and shape with a utility knife. Then sand inside and out.
I did not NOT make the inside super smooth or attractive as you'll see in later pictures.
But I did put on 3 coats of paint.

Used Liquid Nails because the end surface had to be "squared Edged" before skinning and L.N. dries hard.

After skinning, but before folding over edges, stuffed seams with sealer putty. Same used  to seal down roof vent. We called this stuff "monkey shit" in the navy.
Whenb the front skin cane over, and the side skins went on, there was plenty of overlap and i used lots of sealer between. But I still wanted a better protected seam.
So I did this. Looks OK. Works good.
