I sealed all insulation edges with tape to keep them flat. I used Threadlock on all screws. Note: Extra 1" x 1" pieces under top rail. Someday I may wish to add roof cross bars. Mounts for possible vertical brackets. Left aluminized surface out for good contact adhesive surface later.
Bolted together. Covered fenders with cardboard during this phase to protect from scratches.
This is a jump ahead to where I was working the rounded front edge.
